Saving Lives,

One dog at a time.

Preventing Euthanasia, Providing Fostering, Re-Homing and Giving All Dogs a Second Chance.

OUR WHY

Every Day...

Dogs lose their lives for no good reason.

Unfortunately, dogs are euthanized daily in shelters across the country. Dogs who still have plenty of love to give are simply "put down."

Additionally, many dogs locally need a new place to call home.

Dogs need help:

  • Shelters are overpopulated

  • Overwhelmed owners who don't have enough time

  • They've been lost, abused, or neglected

  • They act "inconveniently" for their owners

OUR PURPOSE

Love has no timeline...

Rescue Love was created to save and improve the lives of Dogs.

Our Hearts are for the dogs and the

goal is to find the perfect family for each of the dogs we meet or save.

We do this in three primary ways:

  • We provide a network of foster homes for dogs to remove them from the "kill list" until they can find their forever home

  • We help match dogs with loving homes for life

  • We raise funds to cover the expenses of transporting dogs out of "kill states" to our facility for fostering and re-homing

OUR NEEDS

How you can help...

Foster a Dog

Sometimes our rescued dogs just need a comfortable place to land while in transition.

Please consider signing up to be a foster home for dogs that are rescued from euthanasia, but haven't yet found their forever home.

Adopt a Dog

After enduring major upheaval, our rescue dogs need loving, accepting homes to call their own.

Please consider signing up to adopt one of our rescues. We will take extra care to be sure you are a good match for one another.

Support a Dog

Unfortunately, it costs more to save the life of a rescue dog than to end it.

Please consider supporting our efforts by contributing whatever you can on a one-time or recurring basis. All contributions are tax-deductible.

"The world would be a nicer place if everyone had the ability to love as unconditionally as a dog"

Honey lives up to her name, she is as sweet as can be. She is kennel trained and working on potty training. She is great with all dogs big and small. She loves to play outside but also knows how to come in and be calm. Due to being alone the first couple months of her life, she can be a bit shy at first and walking on a leash. Once she warms up she is a sweetheart. Honey is currently at the facility and needs a foster or adopter.

He was too much for the adopter and the rescue abandon him. He found himself almost being euthanized again. That's when we stepped in and took him. He is sweet with people but not good with other dogs. While we are actively working on this, he would be best in a home with no other animals. He requires and experinced home who is willing to work and train with him daily. As of now we also prefer a home with no kids. He is potty and kennel trained. Super smart and likes to please.
